Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to deliver the website and platform:

• Google Analytics 4: website analytics (anonymized IP)
• Cloudflare: hosting, CDN, edge compute (Workers)
• Supabase: authenticated database for Relay Deck
• Vercel: Relay Deck console hosting
• Stripe: payment processing for subscriptions
• Cal.com: appointment scheduling
• n8n: form submission processing (self-hosted)

AI Model Providers

RelayLaunch uses seven commercial AI providers to power analysis, recommendations, and council debates. All seven are bound by terms that prohibit training on customer inputs:

• Anthropic (Claude family)
• DeepSeek
• xAI (Grok)
• Zhipu AI (GLM)
• MiniMax
• Perplexity
• Google (Gemini)

Optional local inference via Ollama is available for clients who require zero-egress. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your data is never used to train AI models, ours or theirs.

Cookies & Local Storage

Our website uses:

• Google Analytics cookies (only loaded after your explicit consent via our cookie banner)
• localStorage for your theme preference (light/dark mode), strictly necessary
• sessionStorage for form submission rate limiting and UI state, strictly necessary

We do not use advertising, tracking, or third-party cookies without your consent. You can manage your cookie preferences at any time by clearing your browser's local storage.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure hosting on Cloudflare, and limited access to personal data.

Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions for 12 months for follow-up purposes. Newsletter subscribers remain on file until they unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' default retention settings (14 months). You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: view a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Export: download your data (clients, recovery history, decisions, reports) at any time from Relay Deck
• Correction: update or correct inaccurate information
• Deletion: request immediate deletion of your account and data (purged within 30 days)
• Opt-out: unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time
• Object: object to processing for direct marketing or legitimate-interest purposes

California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to: (1) know what personal information we collect, (2) request deletion of your personal information, (3) opt out of the sale of personal information, (4) non-discrimination for exercising your rights. European Privacy Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, UK, or Switzerland, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation: right of access, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Our legal bases for processing are contract performance (delivering the services you purchased), legitimate interest (improving the platform and security), and consent (analytics cookies and marketing emails). International Data Transfers

We use service providers (Google Analytics, Cloudflare, Cal.com) that may process data in the United States. These providers maintain appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.
