Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the RelayLaunch website (relaylaunch.com), Relay Deck (deck.relaylaunch.com), or any RelayLaunch API, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

RelayLaunch LLC provides AI operations services including the CouncilVerse multi-council reasoning platform, Relay Deck client dashboard, Relay Wire API, and consulting engagements. Service details, features, and pricing are outlined at relaylaunch.com/pricing and in individual service agreements.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Team, Enterprise) are billed monthly via Stripe. All subscriptions are month-to-month with no long-term commitment, no annual contracts, and no setup fees. The Proof Period has no base fee; if you keep RelayLaunch after proof, Starter continues at a predictable flat $149/mo. You may cancel any monthly plan anytime.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from inside Relay Deck or by emailing hello@relaylaunch.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. There are no cancellation fees and no contracts to break.

Refunds

We offer a satisfaction-based refund window on first-time monthly subscriptions:

• Starter ($149/mo): full refund if you request it within 14 days of your first charge.
• Pro ($299/mo): full refund if you request it within 7 days of your first charge.
• Team and Enterprise: refunds are handled case-by-case via your account manager.
• Concierge ($1,500 one-time): non-refundable once forensic analysis has begun, partial refund available if cancelled before work starts.

Refunds apply only to your first billing period on a given plan. Subsequent renewals are not refunded for unused time, but you can cancel any time to stop future charges. To request a refund, email hello@relaylaunch.com with your account email.

Free Tier

Certain features, including the free operations health scan and limited CouncilVerse verdicts, are available without a subscription. Free tier usage is subject to rate limits and may be modified at any time.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of RelayLaunch LLC and protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Your Content and Data

You retain ownership of all content you submit to our platform (questions, documents, client records, verdicts, decisions). We do not use your content to train AI models, and the seven commercial AI providers we route through are bound by terms that prohibit training on customer inputs.

Data export: You can export all your data (clients, recovery history, council decisions, action briefs, reports) at any time from inside Relay Deck or by request. Council verdicts and audit trails generated by the platform are yours to export, share, and use without restriction.

Data deletion: You can delete your account and have all associated data purged within 30 days of request. Some records may be retained for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes as required by law.

Work product created through consulting engagements is governed by individual service agreements. Unless otherwise specified, clients retain ownership of custom deliverables upon full payment. See our Privacy Policy for full detail on how we handle your data.

AI-Generated Content

Council verdicts, recommendations, and analysis provided by the platform are AI-generated and should not be treated as professional legal, financial, medical, or accounting advice. Always consult qualified professionals for critical decisions. RelayLaunch is not liable for actions taken based on AI-generated outputs.

Limitation of Liability

RelayLaunch LLC provides this website and its services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this website or our services beyond the amount paid for the specific service in the billing period in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Middlesex County, Massachusetts.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
